We are seeking an empathetic, motivated, and professional Staff Coach to support the personal and professional development of employees remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in employee coaching, mentoring, or learning and development within training institutes, IT-enabled services, or coaching centers. This role focuses on helping employees set goals, develop their skills, and achieve better performance through structured coaching programs and supportive guidance.
Employee Coaching: Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth.
Development Planning: Design and implement personalized development programs tailored to employee strengths, weaknesses, and career aspirations.
Goal Setting & Tracking: Assist employees in setting measurable professional goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.
Needs Assessment: Conduct needs analysis and identify skill gaps; recommend targeted development interventions and strategies.
Performance Improvement: Support employees in overcoming challenges and developing skills to enhance workplace efficiency and satisfaction.
Program Implementation: Collaborate with department heads and HR to roll out coaching and development initiatives aligned with company goals.
Confidentiality & Trust: Build and maintain trustful relationships with employees; ensure complete confidentiality of coaching discussions and records.
Progress Reporting: Prepare reports on coaching outcomes, development progress, and key improvement areas for management review.
