Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide timely and quality management information as per agreed schedule including drawing up procedures and forms for above.
∎ To provide decision support to internal management by drawing up quality management reports through periodical need analysis of individual departments and managers and also provide ad-hoc information to assist in their decision making.
∎ To plan financial resource - cash flows budgets, forecast and actual analytical reports.
∎ To evaluate the major capital expenditure projects in line with the Company's capital expenditure policy and guidelines. Follow Capex Approval Forms where required.
∎ To monitor project commitments and costs with a view to keeping project costs within budgeted limits
∎ To evaluate proposals for capital expenditure that are of a significant nature through a financial cost-benefit exercise
∎ To carry out financial studies and other studies relating to investments and acquisitions
∎ To optimize working capital needs by regular review of working capital levels.
∎ Prepare annual budget as a tool under 360degree performance management concepts. Prepare forecasts every month.
∎ Monitor all expenditure and financial transactions and take necessary initiatives to control.
∎ Review all general ledger accounts to ensure accurate and completeness. Ensure data integrity of subsidiary modules like intercompany, suppliers, customers, inventory and fixed assets.
∎ Prepare feasibility for potential projects in practicable manner with sensitivity analysis.
∎ To review accounts receivables to ensure that the balance is within agreed levels
∎ To review advances regularly to ensure that these are settled within due dates.
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulatory body (VAT, Tax, Customs & others).
∎ Review and analyze type wise financial cost with recommendation for reduction of cost.
∎ Product and customer wise profitability analysis.
∎ Regularly review Beak Even Point (BEP) and update to production team/marketing team.
∎ Review and analyze group/team wise purchase with recommendation for reduction of cost and optimum purchase/consumption.
∎ Monthly accounts review and functional presentation.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
