Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge about Personal and Company Bank Account opening formalities.
∎ Annually Personal and Company Bank Accounts KYC update.
∎ Preparation of Fresh Working Capital and New Project Loan proposal.
∎ Preparation of renewal proposal of existing Composite Working Capital Limit.
∎ Preparation of specific short term loan proposal.
∎ All disbursement formalities against any new loan sanction advice.
∎ All formalities after paying off all loan of any bank.
∎ Preparation of Group Liability with others bank.
∎ Preparation of monthly Bank Loan payment statement.
∎ Knowledge about the purpose of various types of loan.
∎ Knowledge about the various types of security of loan.
∎ All formalities about any new registered/Limited company formation.
∎ Issuance and renewal of company's various type of Business Paper/Licenses.
∎ Preparation of Proforma Invoice Check List.
∎ Preparation of LC ( Sight/DP/U.PAS/Local/Foreign) opening proposal.
∎ Request to bank for releasing original Shipping Documents.
∎ Knowledge about various types of General Insurance Policy Coverage.
∎ The Company is looking for a dynamic & highly skilled Manager or Sr. Manager for its Commercial & Banking Department. Who will be responsible for below mentioned responsibilities.
