Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Inventory Manageemnt
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a full set of accounts of the company and Cooperation in maintaining the accounting of its sister concern.
∎ Establish, monitor and enforce financial controls and procedures in accordance with company policies.
∎ Monitor & record all the expenses in separate google sheets and Manual Ledger
∎ Filling all the invoices for companies, in the drive’s folder accordingly by matching them with the sheets.
∎ Reconcile bank statement
∎ Record All the purchase and sales Data to Software.
∎ Record all the payment transactions by providing exact details.
∎ Maintain monthly and quarterly stock records
∎ Submit the tax , VAT return to the NBR
∎ Prepare, review and analyze financial statements of the company
∎ Track & maintain Accounts receivable and payable
∎ Manage cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
∎ Prepare financial reports for management
∎ Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
∎ Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
∎ Provide financial advice and support to management
∎ Analyze financial data and identify trends
∎ Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations
∎ Monitor and report on the financial performance of the business
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 34 years
∎ Only third genders are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge of accounting software.
∎ Must know how to keep purchase, stock and sales records.
∎ Sound knowledge about vat, tax, and tax returns.
Salary: Negotiable
