Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
∎ Implement sales strategies to increase market share and improve revenue growth.
∎ Lead and mentor junior sales staff to meet sales objectives.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit control policies.
∎ Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
∎ Conduct market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
