∎ Applicant should have experience in the following business area’s Garments & Textile Industry.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Able to travel to make meeting and to make better presentation with haring knowledge in Garments Machinery.
∎ Good communication skill in English (Both Spoken & Written).
∎ Candidate must be smart and good communication skill.
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have minimum 10 years practical working experiences on Garments upgraded Machineries including (automatic Sewing, Cutting and all related sections with capability of handling utility.
∎ Responsible for maintaining the schedule of machine maintenance of our customers of Garments & Textile industries with power management.
∎ To take the full responsibilities of electrical, mechanical, electronic & machine maintenance related functions of the company.
∎ To plan, Organize & control all maintenance works.
∎ To supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively.
∎ To maintain accurate & up to date records of customer claim and support.
∎ Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective.
∎ Maintain and manage all types of machines we provided to customers with routine servicing/ check up in a cost effective way.
∎ Reporting to Concern everyday with details of work schedule.
∎ Work at all Bangladesh (either Dhaka and CTG as per company decision)
∎ Job Context:
∎ To provide leadership and manage all aspects of business operations including technical management, textile & Garments Customers, collaborate with technical team and support functions to ensure the day to day operation is meeting the requirements and expectations of the business. Ensure customer requirements including claim and support.
