Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Purpose:
∎ The overall responsibility of the Sr. Technical Project Officer of the Forecast based Financing/ Action (FbF/A) Project is to ensure implementation of activities set out in the project proposal. The Sr.PO is the link between all relevant FbF stakeholders at the field-level and responsible for coordination with the BDRCS Unit Level Officers (ULO), with the District, Upazila & local Administration for timely implementation of project activities. S/He will ensure active participation of all relevant stakeholders and organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, trainings as well as supervise the work of the BDRCS volunteers. The Sr. PO will plan and provide trainings for staff, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
