Technical Skills Requirements:

Backend Developments:

• Proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL database, including complex queries and optimization.
• Experience with third party APIs (e.g. payment gateways, map services)
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.

Fronted Development:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script and modern frameworks such as React.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross browser compatibility.
• Experience with front end build tools like Webpack, Vite or Gulp.

General Development:

• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT etc.)
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles and server management is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven experience in building large scale web application.
• Portfolio of past projects or GitHub profile showcasing your work.

Job Description:

As a full stack developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining dynamic web applications. You will work closely with COTO and Project Manager, UI/UX designers and other team members to ensure the platform is feature-rich, secure and scalable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel framework.

• Develop responsive, user friendly front end interfaces using modern framework.

• Create and manage robust APIs to integrate third party services.

• Build and optimize database systems to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
