Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequently visit various territories. Developing insights with the sales force to develop themselves in the process of creative thinking to achieve the sales target.
∎ Serves as the strategic and tactical sales force between the corporate office and field.
∎ Oversees regional budget by making expenditure recommendations, evaluating costs, and tracking expenses to control costs and operate within targeted goals.
∎ Manage sales force and actively follow your work with associates, based on the principles of CSS & team leadership.
∎ Efficient to make contractual documents, such as agreement paper, invoices etc. Strongly monitor & track sales payment collections. Also need to coordinate with the accounts department.
∎ Provide market input on pricing, positioning, and competitive activity to identify critical issues and develop strategies, and provides related analysis.
∎ Develops monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for existing and potential products to grow the sale proposition.
∎ Maintain communication in various media with the proposed customer to make them successful sales. Also need to monitor social media activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Need to have previous experience in sass-based software sales. Sales experience in Pharmaceuticals Company will get advantage.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
