Experience:

• 4 to 5 years

• Graduate in any discipline from any recognize university.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• 2-3 years' experience in similar position.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bengali (Oral & Written).
• Good knowledge & skills in computer.
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills & leadership quality.

• Candidates having experience of Quality Management System (QMS) at any renowned sweater garments manufacturer can apply.

• Perform internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement (Quality, Production, Compliance, store, Maintenance & business team whenever needed).

• Follow up, monitor and supervise QMS requirements.

• To run successfully QMS throughout the whole manufacturing unit from warehouse to shipment.

• Install or maintain right Quality Management System (QMS) or improve the existing QMS to ensure quality of products and satisfaction of the buyers.

• Install / maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.

• Ensure that QMS of the company is properly maintained to obtain AQL.

• Ensure that the QMS is in place and working as envisaged.

• Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to achieve quality and desired product.

• Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.

• Whatever task assigns by management.

• As per company policy.
