Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify the potential customers from the targeted segments.
∎ To serve existing customers as well as to find the new customers.
∎ Develop action plan to convert potential customers to direct customers from the assigned business segments.
∎ To keep close contact with the customers and visit them in a planned manner to achieve sales target.
∎ To be vigilant on competitor's activities, prices, campaigns and report to the management regularly.
∎ To visit different Private Organizations, Real estates or developers, Semi Govt. Organizations, GOB, and other Institutions to know the prospects of upcoming & ready to paint projects.
∎ Maintain liaison with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Painters and End-users on regular basis.. Arrange briefing sessions/training programs with different stakeholders to promote company brands.
∎ To boost sales and ensure on time delivery service in coordination with distribution team.
∎ Proper understanding & implementation of company policies.
∎ To attend complaints with high priority, provide before & after sales services and to comply credit policies.
∎ Any other jobs as and when assigned by the departmental head/reporting manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Materials, chemiclas
∎ 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, especially from building materials or chemical industries. Handled Govt. Projects & Contractors will get preference and who have Techno Commercial Experience.
∎ Must be well organized, smart and proactive to duties.
∎ Good proficiency in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good computer literacy.
∎ Strategic Thinking, Strong Analytical Skills.
Salary: Negotiable
