Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have BBA/ MBA in Marketing with minimum CGPA 2.5/ 2nd class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute planned campaigns and activations to promote enrollment in BRAC Academy, Cumilla and other multi-classroom schools across Bangladesh.
∎ Academy
∎ Contribute in managing key brands through active participation in the development process of creative and communication strategies.
∎ Support in producing and distributing promotional as well as other print materials under tight deadlines
∎ Attend parents meetings in targeted schools and understand competition to gain insights and provide feedback to senior management for future strategic decisions.
∎ Frequently visit high priority schools and maintain close liaison with the school head/s to understand operational requirements and deliver timely support as guided by supervisors and as per the operational manual.
∎ Support supervisor in planning and executing surveys, and prepare presentations for management review.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ 1.5-2 years of experience in following areas:
∎ Activation, campaign plan, budgeting and execution
∎ Brand management
∎ Small scale market study
∎ Production of marketing materials
∎ Experience in coordination and operational role preferred
