Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the overall ICT support & services of FMCG Factory
Install and configure the laptop, switch and other ICT equipment
Maintain and Monitor the networking infrastructure
Monitor security services and ICT setup
Troubleshoot the user’s problems related to ICT services
Provide required support on the software applications (SAP, e-Sales, e-DMS, Leave Management system etc.)
Ensure functionality of 24/7 surveillance system
Facilitate training for the ICT users
Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
