Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Science/Engineering/Telecommunication/EEE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems.
∎ Install and set up desktop, laptop, terminal PC, scanner, printer, finger print machine, switch, WIFI router, POS & thermal Printer, mobile phone etc.
∎ Ensure smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services and SO & SR sales systems.
∎ Provide secure access to the network for internal & other (visitors) users.
∎ Ensure the network security of data form internal and external attack.
∎ Provide day to day user support and necessary advice.
∎ Monitor surveillance system installation at factory and sales offices.
∎ Maintain RF attendance reader (Finger print machine) & backup devices.
∎ Update factory & sales offices ICT items inventory.
∎ Maintain good housekeeping standard in the installation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience on troubleshooting, window OS setup, capable to install, configure and manage workstation independently.
∎ Experience in computer LAN configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ Should have clear concept about TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, IP routing and sub-netting.
∎ Should be adaptable, capable, self-motivated and confident.
∎ Must visit other sales offices and distributor houses in the Cumilla region for troubleshooting.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
