∎ Candidates should have knowledge in Networking & Troubleshooting, MS-365, Cloud service, virtualization

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the overall ICT support & services of FMCG Factory
∎ Install and configure the laptop, switch and other ICT equipment
∎ Maintain and Monitor the networking infrastructure
∎ Monitor security services and ICT setup
∎ Troubleshoot the user’s problems related to ICT services
∎ Provide required support on the software applications (SAP, e-Sales, e-DMS, Leave Management system etc.)
∎ Ensure functionality of 24/7 surveillance system
∎ Facilitate training for the ICT users
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
