Responsibilities & Context:
- Regularly Check Challan Patraw (Mushok - 6.3) and VAT Deduction at Source (VDS) Certificate (Mushok-6.6) issue Against Suppliers` bills of the company.
- Regularly supervise Factory VAT Register, Purchase Register, Mushok - 6.1, Sales Register Mushok-6.2 and Transfer Challan Mushok-6.5 of the company.
- Prepare monthly VAT return and submit to VAT office (Mushak-9.1) manual and online return submission and collection of Treasury Challan from Finance & Accounts Department.
- Timely update of Mushok - 4.3 (price declaration). Visit all RDC of the company and liaison with VAT Authority Circles, Division and Commissionerate Office.
