Responsibilities & Context:
Windows SQL Server, Office 365, excellent knowledge on Excel.
Ensure proper maintenance of Server, Data Analysis,Deep knowledge on Network (LAN & WAN), Router, Switch etc.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server, MS Office, MS SQL server, MS Outlook and POS etc.
Maintain and update System with Latest information for Business.
Preparation of complaint report and updating the status of the complaint and save the entire record of activities from logging to closure.
Guiding the end-users to resolve the problem from the known error database.
Prepare weekly Business report on IT system related incident
