Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of AD server, securities & firewall as well threat protection. Configuration and maintenance of Network (LAN & WAN), Router, Switch & Access control.
∎ Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Active Directory (AD), Windows Server, MS SQL server & POS server.
∎ Proper maintenance of data centre of DC – DR. (Disaster Recovery).
∎ Addressing of complaints promptly and solving the complaints with the collaboration of vendors and update management accordingly.
∎ Make aware and guide end-users to resolve the issues from the known error database.
∎ Prepare weekly Business report on IT system related incident.
