∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee corporate finance activities, including capital budgeting, financial forecasting, and investment analysis.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure financing and optimize banking operations.
∎ Prepare financial reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
∎ Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and debt financing.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and growth initiatives.
∎ Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
∎ Arrange Working Capital & Term Loan from Banks and necessary correspondence with Banks regarding Loan Sanction, Renewal, Enhancement, Rearrangement, Modification etc. matters.
∎ Arrange Finance from Leasing Company / NBFI.
∎ Arrange Foreign Currency Loan and meet-up due diligence issues.
∎ Coordinate with CRISL and CRAB – two nominated Credit Rating company of NG.
∎ Monitoring Financial Statement of each company.
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Officer in Corporate Finance and Banking. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our corporate financial activities, including strategic planning, financial analysis, and banking relations. This position requires a strong understanding of corporate finance, banking operations, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
