Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience in billing, accounting, or administrative roles.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and billing/accounting software.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific billing practices.

  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing all work order-related activities to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. This role involves submitting and requesting work orders, reporting discrepancies to management and assisting with the change order process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit work orders weekly and request balance of hours work orders.

  • Review and verify billing data for completeness and accuracy.

  • Process and convert change order requests.

  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting.

  • Assist with audits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work:

  • This is a full-time opportunity (subject to successful completion of the probation period).

  • Shift: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Mon-Fri).

  • Hours generally range from 8pm - 5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.).
