Responsibilities & Context:
- Record daily and monthly financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- Prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Perform monthly and yearly account closing
- Handle tax, VAT, and TDS related matters
- Verify and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Assist in budgeting and cost control
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records
- Use accounting software (ERP, Tally, Excel, etc.)
- Provide financial reports and analysis to management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
