Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Minimum BBA/MBA from any reputed university, with a major in Finance/ Accounting.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Tax & VAT function.

• Candidates with CA-CC will get preference.

• Candidates with relevant Tax & VAT trainings or certifications will get preference.

• Visit tax and VAT offices and maintain regular communication with authorities to address queries and ensure timely compliance.

• Prepare, organize, and submit all necessary documents and evidential support for tax and VAT queries, audits, assessments, and litigations.

• Perform regular reconciliation of raw materials and finished goods between SAP and VMS to ensure accurate stock reporting in line with VAT requirements.

• Maintain accurate VAT documentation, including Mushak registers, tax invoices, and other records within VMS.

• Provide support to the Payment and SCM teams regarding VAT and tax regulations, including deductions at source.

• Prepare and distribute monthly VDS/TDS statements, A‑chalans, and withholding certificates.

• Assist in preparing and ensuring timely submission of VAT returns, withholding tax returns, and corporate tax returns.

• Coordinate with plants, warehouses, and sales centers on VAT and tax-related matters to ensure consistent compliance.

• Perform any other VAT and tax-related tasks as assigned on an ad‑hoc basis.
