Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Footwear Design and Merchandising from a reputed Institute in Bangladesh or equivalent course from a reputed Footwear Institute.
∎ Any technical qualification in footwear would be an added advantage.
∎ Additional courses related to footwear would be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Designing, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effective communication with customer, vendor and within the different departments of the organization
∎ Assessing the sampling requirement and allocating the sampling program to the most apt vendor.
∎ Follow up through the sampling program to make sure that the samples are being executed as per customers' requirements.
∎ Timely dispatch of the samples to the customer with requisite technical details and dispatch communication.
∎ Quoting prices to the customer after consultation and approval from the Business Head
∎ Requesting for sample feedback from the customer and possible orders
∎ Assisting Business Head in costing closure with the buyer and the vendor.
∎ Assisting Business Head in customer and vendor on-boarding process
∎ Closing the time and action calendar with the buyer and the vendor
∎ Effective follow up with the vendor and buyer on the approval process
∎ Making sure that all approvals are submitted and approved on time and hand over of all approvals to production is on-time.
∎ Coordinating with the QA team for risk assessment , sample assessment , production and inspection updates
∎ Coordinating with the shipping team on handover and shipping of goods
∎ Maintaining for PO file, sampling file, production file and QC file as per defined checklist.
∎ Assisting the Business head in migrating new product categories from other regions that the customer is sourcing from to the division's portfolio.
∎ Preparing for customer visits, sample collection and setting up for showroom.
∎ Maintaining all important documents related to the customer.
