This position plays a vital role in supporting the sales cycle by providing technical expertise, designing solutions, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful customer engagements. The role involves collaborating with sales, delivery, and partner teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions, while aligning presales activities with business strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client RFPs/RFIs and prepare technical proposals, solution diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Gather client requirements and translate them into appropriate solution designs and architectures.
- Conduct solution design workshops, client presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide technical support during deal cycles.
- Provide timely responses to client technical queries and support with quick turnaround proposals.
- Prepare proposal documentation, compliance checklists, and submission packages including pricing.
- Work with delivery teams for smooth handovers, conduct presales Q&A sessions, and follow up on POC progress.
- Maintain and update presales documentation, knowledge base, solution templates, and standard technical documents.
- Support internal technical requirements and provide updates for demo environments.
- Analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and evaluate new products/technologies for solution adoption.
- Build strong partner/vendor relationships through enablement sessions and alignment reviews.
- Track certifications, training progress, and contribute to ongoing technical capability development.

- Contribute to company strategy by aligning presales work with product roadmaps, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Prepare and deliver reports such as Monthly Presales Performance Reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
