Job Context:
Rupayan Land Development Ltd. is a sister concern of RUPAYAN GROUP, which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for Sr. Manager/AGM under the Land Procurement department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare purchase plan, legal documents, and documents for sub-kabla on new and existing projects.
Land project auditing and supervising daily for monitoring and control.
Maintain liaison with land office and vendors for day-to-day office work.
Acquire new projects in various locations of Bangladesh for developing housing projects.
Monitoring all hurdles and disputes regarding land projects.
Handling various land brokers of different regions across Bangladesh.
Preparing legal notes with the estate and legal department of land acquisition/ disputes/ registration.
