Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for plot sales.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans and marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
∎ Identify and engage with potential investors, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust business strategies accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with the legal and development teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance for all land transactions.
∎ Conduct site visits with clients and provide expert consultation on property values and investment potential.
∎ Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.
∎ Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including brokers, agents, and partners.
∎ Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff for career growth and performance excellence.
