∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ 05 to 08 (Year)s in QAD at Knit Garments Factory·
∎ KIABI, BONPRIX, PRIMARK, H&M, C&A, Walmart, Next, Target, PUMA, Nike, Hugo Boss etc.
∎ To be handle all the buyers Q.C and inspection independently.
∎ Strong team management skill and leadership ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand customer requirements to develop effective quality assurance system.
∎ Full responsibility for quality functions. (i.e.: Manufacturing process to Product shipment).
∎ Supervise Quality Team to ensure the Customer requirements.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing Product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards to Implement and improve Quality Policy, Plan, Manual and SOP.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications and Collaborating with the Department Heads to determine Quality Standards and establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Proficient in quantitative/statistical analysis/measurement of quality data for producing important reports detailing the identification of quality problems and be able to recommend solutions/ CAP (Corrective Action Plan).
∎ Taking necessary action or inform the authority if any discrepancies happens.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management
