Practical audit working experience required in the field of general purchase of textiles & garmants.
Must have experience in Garments/Textiles.
Must have good computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, internet & e-mail)
Good communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Requisition/ Demand Note/ Indent have to be checked and reviewed & kept records.
Sourcing/ Market rates have to be verified physically in the market as a continuous function of internal audit.
Comparative Statements of rate(CS) have to be checked on the basis of market rate verification & kept records.
Purchase orders/work orders & receipt of goods or services have to be checked as per procedure of the company.
To check purchase bills (cash & credit) have to be checked as per policy of Internal Audit dept of the company.
salary sheet, OT sheet, bonus sheet have to be checked.
To audit periodical physical inventory.
Any other tasks assigned by HOD.
