• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

• Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.

• Only Male

• At least 5 years experience as Head of Compliance.
• Vast knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and amendment act -2018, Labor law rules-2015 and amendment rules-2022 is must.
• Should have vast knowledge in Accord, RSC, Amfori BSCI, ICS, SEDEX, FSLM, Higg, Index, OCS, RCS, BCI, FSC, OEKO-TEX & Others.
• Vast knowledge in Computer is a must and able to correspond via e-mail.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Sincere, Honest & Accountable to the job.

• Responsible for Compliance related jobs in the Group Factories.
• To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per different renowned buyer COC & legal standards.
• Ensuring that all employees' records remain up to date with legal aspects being complied.
• Providing advice and council employee for motivation.
• Create an environment of continuous improvement using Total productive maintenance methodology.
• Develop and update the organization structure as per labor law.
• Ensure good health and safe environment in the workplace in the all aspects of compliance including ECR, OSH, Chemical, fire and electrical.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
• Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the top management from time to time.
