Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals & expand customer base
∎ Develop sales plan. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales team, for using in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, areas and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
∎ Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
∎ Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss
∎ Countrywide dealer channel development
∎ Support trade marketing team
∎ Cross-functional communication with internal customers.
∎ Strengthening credit management of dealer channel.
∎ Training & development of sales force
