∎ Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
∎ To determine competitive prospects, do market research and analysis.
∎ Work together with cross-functional teams to match sales and marketing initiatives with the overarching goals of the company and the product roadmap to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Establish a culture of creativity, cooperation, and excellence by leading and motivating a high-achieving group of marketing and sales specialists.
∎ Team members should receive mentorship, direction, and assistance to improve their abilities, output, and professional development.
∎ Establish precise goals, KPIs, and performance standards. Then, track goal progress to make sure it's in line with company objectives.
