Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
∎ Professional certification CA/ACCA/CFA (Level 1) will be a plus point
∎ Skills Required: Commercial Banking, Data Analysis, Finance and Banking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Research Organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the expert knowledge and leadership capacity to establish strong analytical and reporting functions on various financial and banking activities of the organization.
∎ Responsible to build up a strong relationship with bank and financial institutions for smooth financial activities.
∎ Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements of the banking specially Bangladesh Bank and others leading banks of Bangladesh.
∎ Able to prepare annual business plan, budget, sales forecast & cashflow estimate and review the same with monthly actual achievement.
∎ Preparing monthly financial statements as per accounting standards.
∎ Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the organization.
∎ Able to do the financial feasibility, assess risk and do the ROI analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good English writing and presentation skills
∎ Must have proficiency in Excel and Power Point and other presentation tools
∎ Advance level experience in using financial modelling tools
∎ Documentation & reporting skills.
