• Minimum 15 years of experience in meat processing / agro-based manufacturing / FMCG food sector, with at least 10 years in a managerial or similar role.

• Sound knowledge of HACCP, USDA, OSHA, BSTI, BFSA and other food safety standards.

• Strong knowledge of processing technologies for chicken, beef, and value-added meat products.

• Proficiency in factory operations, lean manufacturing, production planning, and quality control.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Quality Integrated Agro Limited is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sr. Manager / AGM - Plant In-Charge (PIC) to lead and oversee the daily operations and production at our Integrated Agro-processing facility in Habiganj. The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the plant operations involving chicken, beef, and further processed food items, ensuring operational efficiency, production targets, compliance, and high product quality.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Oversee all daily activities of the plant, including production, processing, packaging, maintenance, and logistics.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to meet business objectives and customer demand.

• Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Schedule shifts, manage workloads, and resolve personnel issues in coordination with the Admin department.

Production & Process Control

• Ensure smooth functioning of all production lines and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and food safety throughout the facility.

• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain product consistency and safety.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and take corrective actions as needed.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and lead a team of departmental managers, supervisors, and factory staff.

• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous development.

• Conduct performance reviews, training, and capacity-building initiatives.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with government regulations, health & safety policies, and environmental standards.

• Maintain documentation for quality control, production logs, and regulatory audits.

• Coordinate with quality control departments to ensure food safety and quality control standards.

Inventory & Resource Management

• Manage raw material and packaging inventories efficiently to support uninterrupted production.

• Coordinate and connect with procurement and supply chain teams for timely availability of raw materials.

• Monitor usage of utilities (electricity, water, gas) and optimize consumption.

Reporting & Coordination

• Report plant performance, production KPIs, and operational issues to senior management.

• Collaborate with sales, logistics, distribution, and other departments to align factory operations with overall business goals.
