Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration/Masters in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the CLM team to ensure effective team performance
∎ Formulate, develop, implement and own the CLM strategy and program in order to contribute to revenue achievement, Churn control and market share
∎ Conduct market studies , analysis and forecasting to generate and/or evaluate new business opportunities
∎ Develop personalized digital and App offers by analyzing customers profile, values, propensity, potentiality, segments to ensure proper, instant and interactive personalized offer for every cohort
∎ Proactively identify of micro-campaign, up- / cross-sell opportunities and manage campaign execution and performance
∎ Manage retention programs that achieve churn and revenue improvement for customers of different cohorts
∎ Explore new opportunity and end-to-end responsibility from product development till launching
∎ Measure and report on all campaign results, partner with analytics on campaign targeting, offer management and reporting financial impacts on key initiatives
∎ Measuring Return on Investment and Pre/Post analysis of campaign
∎ Below the line communication of different customer segments based on customer behavior to increase revenue and customer engagement
∎ Develop upselling and cross selling strategy and implement data and voice segmented upselling and Cross selling initiatives
∎ Managing campaign Roadmap and Calendar

∎ Customer Retention and Customer Life Cycle Management
∎ Experience in Business Intelligence and Churn Management
∎ Experience in E-commerce/Telecommunication company
