Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have Bachelor/ Masters /BBA/MBA in Marketing or others from any reputed institute with a minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Business Strategy, Market Research

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for BRAC Healthcare, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
∎ Conduct extensive market research to analyze and assess market potential, tracking competitor activities for providing valuable inputs to fine-tune business & marketing strategies.
∎ Increase organizational awareness through marketing initiatives and execution of companies’ strategies for penetration in existing and new markets.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and negotiate contracts with partners.
∎ Develop and execute marketing and outreach campaigns to promote our services and increase our visibility in the healthcare community
∎ Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the healthcare group remains competitive and compliant.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress toward BRAC Healthcare growth and expansion goals.
∎ Manage the business development budget and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.
∎ Represent BRAC Healthcare at industry events and conferences to promote the organization and build relationships with potential partners.
∎ Assessing the client feedback, evaluating areas of improvement with regular analysis for evolving newer growth patterns of the brand.
∎ To plan, approach, convince, and execute camps at various locations.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Age, education, and experience may be relaxed for potential candidates.
∎ Candidate(s) from Healthcare industry will get preference
