Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Engage with clients and prospects to evaluate their needs and promote products and services effectively.Deliver impactful sales presentations to diverse potential customers.Liaise with principals regarding product specifications and availability as per supervisor directives.Arrange and coordinate principal visits to both existing and potential clients.Support principals and technical experts during chemical/product trials at client locations, providing technical assistance and service.Conduct comprehensive market analyses, including cost-benefit and needs assessments for current and potential customers.Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, to develop new business opportunities.Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, challenges, competitive activities, and new product or service opportunities.Manage deposits, balance payments, and credit collections from clients.Participate in credit meetings to assess market credit statuses and implement strategies for recovering outstanding dues.Monitor aging reports and forecast monthly credit collections.Periodically forecast product import requirements to ensure supply chain efficiency.
