∎ CMA/CA/ACCA partly qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Export & Import, Information technology
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Team
∎ Monthly Management information report
∎ Statutory Accounts as per stipulated time
∎ Monthly Management Accounts
∎ Yearly Business budget and evaluation Metrix
∎ Product costing
∎ Ensuring Trade Receivable schedule with aging
∎ Nursing creditors outstanding balance
∎ Monitoring Bank liability
∎ Ensuring internal control
∎ Overall supervision of the company’s accounting and finance function (AP, AR, Banking, Costing, Inventory Management)
∎ GL Maintenance & others
∎ Supervision of sales, purchase, cash book, GLs, and journal transactions posting
∎ Ensure appropriate checks and balances are in place to mitigate the risk of error and fraud.
∎ Reconciliation of all general ledger to ensure all transactions are captured in GL (monthly)
∎ Ensure all controls and suspense accounts are reconciled, documented, and signed off in a planned and timely in accordance with the timetable.
∎ Ensure that suppliers are paid in time
∎ Ensure on-time collection
∎ Ensure the monthly reconciliations of debtors and creditors ledgers
∎ New code opening and maintenance of chart of accounts
∎ Checking bank reconciliations (monthly)
∎ Authorizing
∎ Fixed assets management
∎ Inventory management
∎ Product Costing
∎ Treasury Management
∎ Prepare the management accounts and analyze financial performance
∎ Ensure and control the budgeting and forecasting process
∎ Ensuring Control Environment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
