Job Context:
∎ S M Accessories Ltd. (A Large Comprehensive Garments Accessories Company), sister concern of S M Group of Companies, is looking for potential candidate for the position of Sr. General Manager (Head of Sales & Marketing).
∎ Both Foreign and Local candidates are allowed for the position.
∎ Product lines of the factory includes Auto Carton, Semi Auto Carton, Poly, Narrow Fabrics, Label, Heat Transfer etc.
∎ Job location is at Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall Sales & Marketing related job activities of the company.
∎ The candidate should have expertise on selling of the above listed garments accessories products in an efficient manner & achieve monthly sales target (3 million usd /per month) by taking effective marketing strategies.
∎ The candidates should have adequate analytical skills to select the right buyers and ability to realize the sales proceeds within scheduled timeframe.
∎ Candidates having commendable expertise to manage the Sales & Marketing related activities of a large garments accessories factory are only encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant field in any large garments accessories companies, out of which 2 years in similar level position.
∎ Should have proven leadership, negotiation & coordination skills
∎ Should be energetic, sincere, hardworking & result oriented
∎ Should be familiar with computer uses, especially in MS Office
Salary: Tk. 250000 - 300000 (Monthly)
