Responsibilities & Context:
Develop comprehensive training plans, schedules, and methodologies for field forces.
Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for both new and existing field personnel.
Update and refine training manuals and materials in alignment with current training needs and organizational standards.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless logistical arrangements for training activities.
Assist HRD in executing field force recruitment initiatives and maintain complete and accurate training documentation.
