∎ Must have thorough knowledge of quality audits and system processes.
∎ Must be capable of training production & Quality teams on DHU, KPI and other requirements.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ Advance level skills are a MUST in MS Office package (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, with the ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain QMS documentation, including SOPs, manuals, work instructions, and audit checklists.
∎ Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes for quality incidents or audit non-conformities.
∎ Evaluate process adherence and effectiveness across production, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing sections.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards during inspections.
∎ Train and mentor factory personnel on QMS awareness, documentation control, process compliance, and continuous improvement practices.
∎ Support external audits by buyers, certification bodies, or third-party auditors; ensure timely closure of audit findings.
∎ Monitor and analyse QMS-related KPIs and generate reports for management review.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the QMS framework.
∎ Conduct in-line and end-line audits to check workmanship, measurements, labelling, and overall appearance.
∎ Carry out final random inspections (FRI) before shipment and prepare detailed inspection reports.
∎ Follow safety, compliance, and factory regulations at all times.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management when as required.
