    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Masters degree in any discipline
  • BSc in Textile /BBA/MBA/ Masters in any discipline from reputed institution

  • Good understanding of textile manufacturing and product costing.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Fluent in English (verbal & written); other language skills are a plus.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to prepare business reports.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP knowledge preferred.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain active communication with buyers regarding product inquiries, sample submissions, and order status.

  • Follow up with buyers on sample comments, price confirmations, and order status.

  • Ensure all buyer requirements are clearly documented and shared internally.

  • Maintain a strong relationship with buyers to ensure repeat orders and satisfaction.

  • Support the preparation of accurate costing and quotations based on product type and volume.

  • Assist in negotiations regarding prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

  • Record and update order confirmations, style files, and TNA (Time and Action Plans).

  • Ensure all terms and conditions are verified before finalizing orders.

  • Collaborate with the merchandising, production, planning, and commercial departments.

  • Ensure correct execution of orders as per buyer specifications and delivery timelines.

  • Collect and organize buyer feedback and share with relevant departments.

  • Maintain order tracking sheets, buyer communication logs, and costing files.

  • Responsible for order development to final payment collection

  • Prepare weekly or monthly sales and order status reports for departmental review.

  • Assist in identifying new buyers and emerging market trends.

  • Research competitor offerings and suggest ideas for product positioning.

  • Participate in trade fairs and exhibitions when assigned.

  • Any others task assigns by management
