Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients and investors.
∎ Actively participate in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales deals for residential and commercial projects.

∎ Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with potential buyers to achieve sales targets.
∎ Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, social media, and events.
