Experience in Internal audit, Risk management or Accounts & Finance in a similar company.
Responsibilities & Context:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Hands-on experience with ERP SOFTWARE
Strong understanding of internal controls, risk-based auditing, and compliance frameworks.
Sound practical knowledge of TDS, VDS, and relevant tax laws
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, managerial, and delegation skills.
Ability to negotiate event management and vendor agreements.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Good at bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation
Good communication skill with bank
Having knowledge in Bangladesh Accounting Standard
The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in fund and limit utilization, accounts payable management, and overdue handling, along with strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
The role requires excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and strong liaison capabilities with banks to ensure efficient fund management and smooth business operations.
Sound knowledge in Inventory management.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
