Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. Monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, Google Ads, and SEO.
∎ Manage and grow social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring trends, and fostering user interaction, Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and lead generation.
∎ Communicate with clients daily via email/verbally and maintain the workflow of client projects.
∎ Maintain individual client projects by following their requirements and getting them done with the help of the Production Department. Ability to understand the client’s instructions clearly.
∎ Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely & accurate delivery deadlines are met as per client’s r’s requirements.
∎ Prepare reports of the client’s workflow on a daily basis & maintain them each month.
∎ Identify opportunities for improvements & implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and get them on board. Searching for new targeted leads.
∎ Perform operational tasks assigned by the supervisor or higher authority
∎ Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
∎ Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure cohesive branding and campaign effectiveness.
