Job Context:
∎ One of the leading lubricant companies is looking for individuals who are dynamic, enthusiastic, career-minded, and self-motivated of Industrial lubricant Marketing & Sales.
∎ (Those without industrial lubricant sales experience are not required to apply)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take initiative to achieve the industrial sales & collection target of the company.
∎ Meet monthly sales goals by following the company's Sales Plan.
∎ Follow the marketing policies of the company.
∎ Set sales goals, plan accordingly, and take action to achieve them.
∎ Follow-up with current and potential clients on a regular basis.
∎ Create a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Visit the market, look for new clients and dealers, and act to create new market opportunities, all while reporting to the line manager on a regular basis.
∎ Responsible for timely product collection and delivery.
∎ Develop new parties to increase sales.
∎ Check and monitor the parties on credit accounts on a regular basis, and act to drive the credit.
∎ Responsible for timely credit realization from respective clients/ organizations /dealers, etc.
∎ Prepare sales budgets, marketing plans, and budget expenditures, and meet the company's short- and long-term sales goals.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ The portfolio should handle at least 1-2 crores in sales volume per month.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be very good at analytics, particularly with Excel and ERP software.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure are required.
∎ Business planning, sales, and marketing expert
∎ Must have met or exceeded targets and be able to adapt to and work in high sales performance pressure environments.
∎ Proven work experience in the lubricant industry is required.
∎ Experience dealing with dealers.
