Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, those who are the right talent for this position and who has expertise on Accounts & Finance.

  • Ensuring records are maintained in accordance with BAS/IAS & IFRS.

  • To analyze & reconcile data between systems & update accordingly.

  • Monitoring of Cash flow & Fund flow as per company policy.

  • Track & ensure recovery all accounts payable within & outside the organization.

  • To record daily/weekly/monthly payments and receipts as well as process all necessary vouchers/transactions getting routed through Tally-ERP software in duly and timely manner.

  • Responsible for checking & review all kinds of transactions recorded in Tally-ERP system as per DOA (Delegations of Authority) also in accordance with company policies/laws & regulations.

  • To prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly variance analysis basis actual Vs budget, Vs historical data and as per ABP numbers.

  • Check & review all kinds of transactions as per compliance with company policies/laws & regulations.

  • Be fully conversant with the relevant provision in the Tax & VAT Act with rules & SROs issued by NBR from time to time.

  • Prepare Management report on daily basis & as per Management required.

  • Any other activities as & when required by the Management.
