Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc Ag and MSc in Entomology from any reputed public university (BAU preferred).
∎ MBA Marketing from any reputed university will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to/and for:
∎ Keep the record for sample & documents come from principal company.
∎ Application & dossier preparation and submission to PPW (Plant Protection Wing), FSW (Field Service Wing) for new brand registration.
∎ Prepare document in line with regulatory body and research institutes.
∎ Conduct the in-house field trail for registration of new compound as planned for the year.
∎ Prepare corrective information for pipeline product of the company and competitors.
∎ Conduct in-house trail for competitive study as the basis of business need.
∎ Visit and relationship development with concern research institutions i.e. BARI, BRRI, BTRI, BARC etc. for follow up the trail schedule and to get the trail report in time.
∎ Establish liaison with Department of Environment
∎ Search alternative suppliers.
∎ Market research & analysis to find out the upcoming local and international trend of pesticides.
∎ Attend seminar, fair, workshop & symposium at home and abroad as per company requirement.
∎ Prepare budget for product development and execution.
∎ Develop monthly/ quarterly promotional plan.
∎ Create brand awareness, promotion and branding activities for creating product demand
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Age: Maximum 35 years (May be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates).
∎ Minimum 5 years in relevant field.
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, dynamic leadership, self-motivated, determined and be Tactful to meet the expectation of the company & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good knowledge about Regulatory affairs job connected to PPW, DAE khamarbari.
∎ Wide travel across the country is required.
