∎ MBA in Accounting or Finance with CA (CC) from a reputed CA firm.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check R+D market rate/budget (where possible)
∎ To observe R+D disbursement physically
∎ To verify indirect labor
∎ To check scrap items and sales of scraps
∎ To conduct physical inventory (randomly and periodically)
∎ Leads leakage audit (randomly)
∎ To check that ‘Token money’ received but DOA not executed timely
∎ To verify the reasons for cancellation
∎ To conduct KYC audit
∎ Surveillance on the movement of sales persons
∎ To randomly check whether any staff of sales team are involved in personal business or not
∎ To report any malpractice
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Minimum five years audit experience in Real Estate Industries.
∎ Strong Communications skill.
∎ Computer proficiency and well conversant with ERP Software.
Salary: Negotiable
