Job Descriptions
1. Trade Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement channel-specific trade marketing plans to drive volume and market share.

  • Design, execute, and monitor trade promotions and in-store activities.

  • Translate brand strategies into trade activation plans tailored for General Trade, Modern Trade, and Wholesale channels.

2. Sales Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand market needs and support regional sales goals.

  • Align trade marketing activities with sales targets and measure ROI of trade initiatives.

  • Support distributor and retailer engagement programs.

3. Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Analyze category trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to optimize trade strategies.

  • Monitor and report trade spend effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Track brand and SKU-wise movement and identify areas of improvement.

4. Merchandising & Visibility

  • Ensure availability and visibility of core SKUs at key points of sale through planogram compliance and POS materials.

  • Design and execute in-store branding and merchandising initiatives.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with supply chain, brand marketing, and finance teams for seamless implementation of trade programs.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for printing, logistics, and event management as needed.
