∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Good negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Data Analytical, Customer Trend Analysis, Market research, Business Knowledge.
∎ Biased to action, Team Player, Attention to detail.
∎ Should have good knowledge at Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
